Infinity Fitness Team Training is the demanding, high-intensity workout experience that you never thought you could do…until now!
The goal of Team Training is to improve your overall fitness capacity & physical wellness – strength, cardio, core stability, energy, mobility all play a role. We’re training to look good, feel good, move well and have fun.
Team Training workouts are programmed monthly by the Infinity Fitness staff. All workouts correspond to an overarching program to instill progress, promote recovery and avoid injury. You’ll never see the same workout twice!
Team Training classes are coached by experienced, certified trainers. They will explain the day’s workout, demonstrate exercises, make necessary modifications and push you to your absolute limit but never beyond.
We offer two class types. Strength Training & Circuit Cardio Training. See more detailed explanations below.
Classes run 45 minutes. Attendance ranges from 8-12 depending on class time. Strength Training days alternate weekly – Tuesday/Thursday and Monday/Wednesday/Friday unless otherwise listed.
CLASSES PER WEEK
PIECES OF EQUIPMENT
These classes feature a major compound movement – squat, deadlift, upper push, upper pulls, single-leg exercises, etc. – performed with free weights at a high level of intensity.
The intensity level is tailored to each member’s fitness. This class is open to all levels of experience.
In addition to the featured compound movement of the day, the class also includes a variety of accessory strength exercises, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and core work.
Our coaches take time to educate members on the proper execution of these movements. Our goal is to have each member know them like the back of their hand. Before you know it, you’ll be correcting your friend’s squat form.
Whether you’re a total noob or a training veteran, strength classes will teach you “how to” and “how far you can” push yourself.
All workouts feature high intensity “finishers” to make sure you leave with that endorphin rush we all love.

These classes are made up of a great mix of training modalities – High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, suspension trainers, battle ropes, sled sprints and more. Circuits are designed to keep your heart rate up, burning as many calories as possible.
Coaches will keep the energy up and the class moving smoothly. They also find some time to get in your ear and make sure you’re giving as much as you can to the workout.
“5 of these, 10 of those and 15 of that”, “As many as you can in 30 seconds”, “Go until you hear me say REST!”, “Come on, man! Gimme some more!!”….These are just a few of the things you’ll hear bouncing off the walls of the gym.throughout these classes.
Like any class at Infinity Fitness, our coaches will be on top of your form for every exercise, making sure you’re at your peak level of effort.
