I’ve been in good shape at various times in my life, but let myself go over the last couple of years. Fortunately I checked out Infinity Fitness and joined the Transformation Challenge. I lost 8 pounds during the challenge. I then joined the April challenge, and really felt a difference by the end of that challenge. I lost 6 pounds more, for a total loss of almost 15 pounds since the beginning of the year.
I participated in a 6 week weight loss challenge the gym offered in January and I won. I lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks! I have never had such dramatic results so quickly and I was motivated to keep going. I made working out a priority and changed the way I eat. 30 pounds later, I am proof that it can be done. I make sure to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, I eat better and make healthier choices for myself and my family.
I love, love Linda…for me she has been the most effective trainer I have ever had. I am not a gym person and she has kept me really motivated. I have lost weight, body fat and feel better than ever. She is down to earth, fun to train with and her workouts are extremely challenging and better yet, you can see and feel the results. I would highly recommend her.

What makes Matt much a good trainer is that he really focuses on you, as an individual and on your needs and goals. His sessions were clearly designed just for me and I was able to do things that I could have never imagined I could do. Matt is supportive and encouraging. At the same time, he make you want to work harder than you have done before and really achieve your goals. Working with Matt not only changed me physically, but it fundamentally changed the way I think about fitness.
I have been doing personal training with Matt for about 1 1/2 years and it has changed my life for the better. I have worked with many personal trainers and Matt is by far one of the best. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to his work is what sets him apart. I am stronger, more flexible, and feel better about myself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Dan’s a great trainer. . .pushes without being pushy. Inspired by his natural gift of encouragement, I became stronger and leaner than I ever dreamt I could be. And more important, Dan gave me a great gift by teaching me how to train. So when we moved from Darien, I knew more than enough to continue working out on my own.
