Never try to lose 15, 20 or even 25lbs. Don’t even think of it. It’s too hard.
Not what you expected to see here?
Well, let me explain…
Losing a large amount of weight is daunting and it’s difficult. Even if you lose 5lbs you would only be a portion of the way there.
But there’s hope. Because you don’t have to lose 20lbs … you just have to lose 5lbs four times.
Sounds the same, but it’s very different.
In one you have to lose a big amount of weight in order to have reached your goal, but in the other you get to be successful, accomplished and celebrate your efforts four times!
There is a big difference when you compartmentalize your goals.
Take a moment and think of your ultimate goals. Write them down and then think of a way to break it into 3, 4 or even 5 smaller parts.
Shrinking down your focus and goals to smaller numbers or periods of time is the best way that I have found to make big changes in the longterm.
This is the same idea we are using in our 20lb weight loss challenge and it’s also the same concept that we used when creating our upcoming 28 Day Fat Burn challenge. We took our regular challenge program and shrank it down to create an opportunity to really focus for 4 weeks.
We’re excited to bring this to you very soon and fill you in with all the details.
Now go get yourself a big win for the day!
