Our trainers have degrees in Kinesiology, are certified through NSCA and NASM, and have experience training athletes of all ages. Our fitness coaches shine in our fast-paced, high-energy group fitness classes and in our highly-customized, one-on-one personal training sessions.

Our group fitness classes are the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals. Each month’s program is thoughtfully developed by our trainers to include the correct balance of strength training and high-intensity cardio.

Our trainers work to engage and educate every member of our gym.

Our experienced fitness coaches take the time in every class to help each member choose appropriate weights, demonstrate and correct individual form, and keep you engaged and motivated.
