Here are some workouts that you can do whenever you’re away from Infinity Fitness.  All you need is a bit of space and the desire to kick your own butt and get in killer shape.

Workout 1

(use 30s w/change timer)

  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
  • Cross Jacks
  • Mt. Climber
  • Plank Jacks
Take 30s break between rounds.  Do 3 total rounds

 

(use 30s timer)
  • V Up
  • Heel Tap
  • Sit Up
  • Flutter Kick
  • Crunches
Take 30s break between rounds.  Do 2 total rounds

 

(use 40s/15s timer)
  • Prisoner Squats
  • Side to Side Push Up
  • Alternating Split Squat Jumps
  • Plank Hold
  • Burpees
Take 60s break between rounds. Do 3 total rounds

 

Total time with prescribed rest periods: 25 minutes

Workout 2

(use 30s w/change timer)

  • Seal Jacks
  • Slalom Jumps
  • Forward and Back Jumps
  • High Knees
  • Squat Jumps
Take 30s break between rounds.  Do 3 total rounds

 

(use 35s w/change timer)
  • Side Plank (right)
  • Side Plank (left)
  • Plank Hold
Take 15s break between rounds. Do 2 total rounds

 

(use built in clock app set for 15 minutes)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Crunches
  • 25 Squats
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minute period

 

Total workout time with prescribed rest periods: 30 minutes
