Darien Gym – Exercise Technique: Squat Jump

This exercise technique is used often in our BootCamp Program, which the most famous program at our Darien Gym.
The key points to remember are:
- The exercise is split into two phases: absorb and explode
- Your form should be the same as if you were doing a regular squat
- Use your muscles to absorb the landing, it should be soft
- You can use arm swing to generate momentum
