You Can’t Handle the Truth
You want the truth?
This post is probably going to annoy some people and if I offend you then I’m sorry, but some of this just needs to be said. You may read it and realize the content isn’t for you and that’s fine, but if you read it and it hits home you should realize some changes need to be made:
At Infinity Fitness we are so very proud of our clients amazing success rate, we have a very high rate of clients reaching fat loss and body recomposition goals and that’s something that many gyms will talk their way around, but never directly address. We do.
But there are still some people who aren’t finding the success they are after. There can be a ton of reasons (excuse the harsh language, but really they are all excuses)
There’s one type of client who this is directly addressed towards and that’s the person who is kind of and kind of following our meal plan, but they aren’t getting the results they want and they say
You see, its a very simple answer:
Are you currently
- -Gaining weight
- -Not changing weight
- –Losing weight
Pick which one of the three and then you have your answer. If you are kind of doing things right and are losing weight then awesome! You are doing what’s needed for your body to change. If you are kind of doing things right and you have selected option 1 or 2 then … NO it’s not enough!
Laws of thermodynamics are universal and if you are consuming more calories than you are burning off then you will not be losing weight.
So take a step back to
- -Analyze your current workout regimen
- -Analyze your current diet
- -Determine if they are getting you towards your goals
- -Make necessary changes (if needed)
Don’t over complicate things and don’t think that you are special!
Sorry, but sometimes tough love is what’s needed for certain individuals to get things moving.
