If you’ve been attending our BootCamp classes, you know that the plank position is an excellent core strengthening exercise. Strengthening your core is really important and it will help your endurance and body stabilization!
In order to get the best results, it is crucial that you have proper form when performing this exercise.
Sometimes you can accidentally put a lot of stress on your lower back by simply dropping your hips.
Not only will this not help you strengthen your core, but it will also hurt your back!
