Hope you’re doing awesome! You know, as a Darien Trainer one of the biggest challenges facing all of my clients is consistently eating right to support their fat loss goals.
This is made a lot easier or harder depending on what foods they have in their house.
Let’s face it, if you buy it and its in your house at some point either you or one of your loved ones will be eating it.
So after my wonder wife got home with the groceries this past weekend I decided to record the results.
Hopefully this video will show you a few of the things that you should have ample supply of:
- Fresh Vegetables
- Lean Protein
- 0 Calorie Drinks
- Fresh Fruit
- Varied Ways to Prepare Food to Keep it Interesting and Delicious
And hopefully you noticed the absence of some other food items that might be present in your kitchen:
- Processed things in boxes or packages
- Frozen prepared foods
- Juices, sodas, milk and other drinks loaded with sugar
Any Darien Trainer worth their warm up pants will tell you vegetables are at the base of any healthy diet
