I’ve been in good shape at various times in my life, but let myself go over the last couple of years. Fortunately I checked out Infinity Fitness and joined the Transformation Challenge. I lost 8 pounds during the challenge. I then joined the April challenge, and really felt a difference by the end of that challenge. I participated in a 6 week weight loss challenge the gym offered in January and I won. I lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks!
